By creating an account or using Simultalive in any way, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Simultalive is a real-time AI-powered simultaneous translation platform provided by Red Press Wire Ltd. The service allows users to:

• Perform real-time audio translation across supported language pairs.
• Access translation history and session recordings (where enabled).
• Manage subscription plans with varying usage limits.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice.

To access most features of Simultalive, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at legal@simultanelive.com.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.

Simultalive offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Expert). By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorise Red Press Wire Ltd to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Plan downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused translation minutes, unless required by applicable law.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

You agree not to use Simultalive to:

• Translate, reproduce, or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the service.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service beyond normal use.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service or servers.
• Circumvent usage limits or share account credentials with others.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

All content, software, technology, and materials comprising Simultalive — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, translation engine, and interface — are the exclusive property of Red Press Wire Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Simultalive solely for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service.

You retain ownership of any content you submit for translation. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Each subscription plan includes a defined monthly translation allowance (measured in minutes). Usage is tracked from the first day of each billing cycle.

• Once your monthly limit is reached, the service will be restricted until the next billing cycle or you upgrade your plan.
• Unused minutes do not roll over to the following month.
• Red Press Wire Ltd reserves the right to impose fair use restrictions on any plan if usage is deemed abusive or inconsistent with normal use patterns.

Our collection and use of personal information in connection with Simultalive is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Simultalive, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Simultalive is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• AI-generated translations will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose.
• Any errors in the service will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red Press Wire Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from these Terms or your use of Simultalive shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Red Press Wire Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of Simultalive, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

You may delete your account at any time through the account settings. Red Press Wire Ltd may suspend or terminate your access to Simultalive at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms or any applicable law.
• Is harmful to other users, third parties, or the integrity of the service.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes by email or a prominent notice on the service. Continued use of Simultalive after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
